We are a licensed Discount Plan Organization in the State of Florida, based in Miami Lakes.
Bilingual by default
Our team works in English and Spanish. Healthcare is confusing enough without a language barrier, so when you call, a real person explains things in the language you're comfortable with.
Clear about what we are
One Plus is a medical discount plan — not health insurance. We do not pay medical claims. Members pay participating providers directly at the applicable member rate. We would rather be plain about that up front than have a member find out later.
